Refund Policy

All sales are final. As a small handmade craft startup, we keep our prices intentionally low by operating on slim margins. To sustain that pricing, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on non-defective items. Each piece is handpicked, hand-finished, or made-to-order, and once an order has shipped it cannot be returned.

Please review your order carefully — including item details, color, size, and quantity — before completing checkout.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@rr-craftsandgifts.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — repair, replace, or refund.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't shipped yet.
